Molly Sims revealed her baby news to husband Scott Stuber via a fortune cookie.
Molly Sims and husband Scott Stuber have some exciting news to share: they’re going to be parents.
The model-actress, 38, took to her website on Tuesday to reveal she and her producer husband are going to welcome their first child together at the end of June.
“I am absolutely, positively, downright over the moon to announce that we are pregnant! There are simply no words to describe the feeling,†she wrote. “I finally get what they mean when they say pregnant women GLOW.â€
“Our little bundle of joy is a honeymoon baby,†she added. “A first pregnancy is a nerve-wracking experience of course, but mostly we are just thrilled and excited. We can’t wait to meet him or her.â€
Sims, host of Lifetime’s “Project Accessory, also revealed how she broke the exciting news to her husband, 42.
"I hijacked a fortune cookie and typed a new message so that when he opened his cookie at the end of the meal, he found out he was going to be a daddy," she wrote. "You can only imagine how nervous I was during the entire meal (I think I ate a total of two bites), but the look of surprise and pure joy on his face was priceless."
Sims and Stuber tied the knot in late September. It was the first marriage for Sims and the second for Stuber, whose seven-month union to actress Rachel Nichols ended in 2008.
