With Khloé Kardashian Odom and mom Kris Jenner understandably steamed by a report that the late attorney wasn't really Khloé's biological dad, E! News has obtained legal proofâ€"short of performing the DNA test ourselvesâ€"that the Kardashian name was passed onto Khloé in the most ordinary of fashions.

In a sworn declaration included with Robert Kardashian's petition to annul his marriage to second wife Jan Ashley after five months, the famed criminal lawyer stated under oath that he had "four biological children."
Ashley and Robert's third wife, Ellen, are the ones who told Star magazine that Khloé wasn't his biological daughterâ€"prompting a response from the youngest Kardashian sis and mom Kris.
Acknowledging that he had broken the terms of the agreement he and Ashley had upon tying the knotâ€"they planned to have a child, then he changed his mindâ€"Kardashian noted: "I decided that since I already had four biological children, I did not wish to have any more."
"This one is really low… YOU ARE DISGUSTING! (yes you know who YOU are)," Khloé tweeted after the story broke today.
