Blue Ivy Carter makes 'Billboard' chart history - USA TODAY

Thanks to her dad, baby Blue Ivy Carter is already a music star.

The baby, born Saturday, can be heard at the end of Jay-Z's Glory, featuring "B.I.C" -- Blue Ivy Carter -- and the song is entering Billboard's chart next week at No. 74. Billboard says the spot makes her the youngest person to appear on a chart.

You're wondering why Stevie Wonder didn't land the title for Isn't She Lovely, which featured the gurglings of newborn daughter Aisha?

Billboard says Aisha was never officially credited on Lovely and the song did not reach a Billboard chart until Jan. 29, 1977 (when it entered Adult Contemporary at its No. 23 peak), almost two years after she was born.
